Spiritually Integrated Care for Veterans with Co-Occurring Disorders
Learning Objectives
* Describe core elements of military/veteran culture relevant to substance use and treatment engagement. * Identify key features of PTSD and moral injury in veterans and their spiritual/clinical implications. * Differentiate spirituality and religion and describe how addiction disrupts spiritual life. * Apply at least three spiritually integrated interventions appropriate for veterans with SUD and co‑occurring disorders.
