Overdose Prevention and Harm Reduction 101

O.D. Aid is a community organization and nonprofit working to improve the lives of people who use drugs in Fort Worth through overdose prevention education, naloxone distribution, syringe service, street outreach and trainings for direct service providers. Learn more at 

Learning Objectives

By the end of this training, attendees will know:
How to recognize and respond to an otherwise fatal overdose
Principles of harm reduction
How to improve their relationships and challenge stigma against people who use drugs
Evidence-based harm reduction strategies and approaches
